Merchant of record

The independent merchant remains named on the sales contract and invoice. They organize packing, carriage, legally required cancellation, refunds and product remedies.

02 / ATLAS

Atlas as intermediary

Atlas records evidence, discloses affiliations, checks relevant marketplace obligations and routes complaints. It cannot contract out of its own negligence or statutory duties.

03 / FIRST COMMERCIAL GATE

We do not unlock
fake commerce.

One EU merchant and one real product have been documented as research candidates, not endorsed partners. No live transaction, commission, or tracking integration is active.

The currently linked public privacy/imprint pages are PHI NEXUS documents, not verified Anatolian Atlas merchant-intake disclosures. We have disabled collection of new merchant personal data until operator identity, contact details, a dedicated privacy notice and lawful data sharing terms are approved.
